Exer- what? LOL

Just kidding...Exercise is important. I learned something new today from your other blog!

Thanks for the info!
GIrl i have so much health problems where should I begin........
for one I have been diagnosed as vitamin D deficient. I am lactose. My hair falls out. I get depressed. The depression meds don't work on me. HOw can I GAIN weight? Because of my low bone mass I havent had a period in 3 months but I am not expecting. Dont' know when my period will come again? Can I have kids?
LadyNay - LOL, yeah we'll see how much I learned will at FAMU won't we.

Luvin Me - Believe me, I'm not someone that enjoys exercise, but you are right, its VERY important. I just wish I did enjoy it more. I'm much rather take a nap, LOL.

Wow Missy!

I will definitely do some research on those issues and post some information for you. Off the top of my head I would say that it is not impossible for you to get pregnant, but based on your condition it will probably be difficult and/or take longer than a woman with a normal menstrual cycle.

But like I said I will definitely do some research on this and get you a more definitive answer. The maternal and child health section of the Department of Health is also in the building that I work in, so I will inquire with them as well on research they may have conducted concerning this. Great question. I was not expecting that one (smile).
How are you gon' make exercise fun? You be makin' of cats!

Walking is the key! If you use public tranportation get off a stop early and walk the rest of the way. Walk in the mall, walk to the mall, walk to the corner store...on someone else corner, buy something fat free and heavy and walk back. I dont recommend walking on a track or a treadmill, cause you walk for miles and dont go anywhere (kinda like my legal career) all you need is a good stretch some decent sneakers and a destination. You can clear your head and tighten your butt all in one fell swoop!!!
And that's my suggestion for today!
LOL
The site looks FANTASTIC!! But I ain't tryin to be healthy...for real yo! HAHAHAA...
Niki - Thanks for the tip. Getting off a stop early is an excellent idea.

Tam - Thanks!!!
Dana - I would never want my sister to be sad or for her to know how much I'm hurting because I know that would make her sad. I just want her to be happy and I would never say or do anything to make her hurt. If that means that I have to suffer in silence, then that is what I'll do, because when I'm around my family I always put on a smile and no one ever knows that anything is wrong and I will continue to do so until I'm out of this slump.

Take care and tell Juan I said hello!!!
