This past week was a pretty good one for me (except for one piece of bad news that I found out about concerning a friend earlier this week, but I’m not ready to talk about that yet). Other than that, nothing special is going on, but no complaints either.
I actually got my butt up and exercised 3 times this week before I went to work. This is a real triumph for me. It is my goal to build those 3 days up to 5 days, but will see. I’ve been eating a lot more fruit and veggies to, so for this week at least I am following my plan of being more ‘healthy’.
I swear I just love the weekend! I got a chance to sleep till noon today and I loved it. As a matter of fact, as soon as I post this to the blog, I’m just gonna lay back in my bed for a while and relax. It’s pouring rain here and it’s very dark. Great weather for being in the bed. It would be nice if I were snuggling w/my boo but I’m pissed with him, so I don’t even wanna be bothered! Grrrrrrrrrr……
I have no plans so I don’t know what Imma do this evening. I wouldn’t mind going shopping but I’m not going out if it is still raining. I guess I’ll just do some online shopping or something.

I think that this crazy girl right here just likes to be made fun of. Britney Spears is reportedly pregnant with her second child. This has got to be some kind of fucking joke. Now I have not proof of this, I'm just reporting what I heard.
Of course I'm sure all of you have heard about this idiot driving around with her baby in her lap!

I only went to gym twice this week. My goal is to at least do one hour of cardio everyday. If I can sit on my azz and stare at this laptop screen for hours a day, surely I can exercise for one hour.
One thing I am doing is cooking my meals for the week today that way I just won't eat whatever. I'm always STARVING when I come home from the gym.

Shawn an hour of cardio daily would be ideal but it is so easier said than done. Right now I’m striving to just 30 mins in. Then I’ll work my way up after I’ve been successful at that!

Wow... I hadnt heard much on Brit since she had the baby.. but good grief what a idiot. She knows shes being watched all the time... yet she doesnt seem to give a flip.. what moron would drive with a baby that small in their lap! in the city... Wow ... she really needs some sense knocked into her.

Drea - I was thinking the same thing about Brit. If you know you are being watched all the time, seems to me like you would be extra careful and make sure that you were not doing anything stupid or illegal. You know that its going to be all over the place once a photo is taken!

Nicole Ritchie--wasn't too cute before and definitely isn't now. It's funny how different she looks and if she's fooling people with that " Oh no I went to Weight Watchers " excuse she can go back and stick her head in the toilet because I don't buy it.
Mariah Carey---is making me sick from day to day. I am sick of her everywhere these days. It's funny that after all the years she's been out Mariah is now going to be overexposed and apparently (just exposed) by the look of that picture. And she may think she's bikini material but the cellulite proves otherwise. Mariah's about forty can't she show some class? Then again she's always been half naked but it's time to cover things up now that her body parts are going south for the winter, LOL. Plus why is Mariah constantly taking her clothes off like she's trying to compete. I had more respect for her when she just sang. Now she's traisping around like she's Tyra Banks or someone. Goodness!

Pamela Anderson- UGH! I am a feminist so this, so-called woman embraces everything I fight against. She is the complete opposite of a true woman. She embodies everything women have fault so hard to get away from for the last two hundred years. She's downright pathetic. And she needs to put those things down, they aren't real. Besides everyone and their momma has seen her breasts. Pamela's flashing got boring ten years ago. Also, did you know she has something going with Kanye West? Yep. I'm serious too. Shocking huh? I was shocked. Not that I care about either one of them, LOL.
And you Miss " N ".-- Uh huh I read your profile! You need to read! You know I'm going to get on you because I'm an author, LOL! At least read my book. Reading expands the mind. You know you need to read so get " Divas ". LOL! Wink, Wink!

Hey, glad to hear you are achieving your goals. I love the weekends also.....nothing like laying in bed all damn day! It's snowing like a mutha here in NY. Right now, all the cars parked outside are completely covered! I know who's gonna be taking the bus this week, cause a sista ain't digging out nuthin!

The exercise thingie, I feel you on that. it aint easy, girl! changing my diet and having to slug it out at the gym with other people.*sighs*

But i learnt you are only supposed to be at the gym 3times a week for Cardio Vascular and 5 times a week for toning. So if you can do 3 times a week on the treadmill/bicycle or one of them cross trainer thingies i think you will be alright.
