Quite An Interesting Day In the News .....

It was quite an interesting day in the news today. Many intriguing stories making headlines today and this does not even include what Court TV had to report (no time to check in with them today).
Tennessee School Shooting
The first story that caught my interest today was one in which a teenager, according to the Associated Press, shot and killed an assistant principal and seriously wounded two other administrators at a high school in Tennessee today. At last word, they were unsure if the suspect would be charged as a juvenile or an adult.

Cruises Vulnerable to Attacks
Now this is crazy to me. I heard about this on one of the morning radio shows. How is it that in the Year 2005 there are actually modern day pirates that rule the sea? Pardon my ignorance but I thought that this was something that only happened in the movies or at least was not something that modern day citizens had to be concerned with, but obviously I am sadly mistakened.

Six Chattanooga Football Players Charged With Gang Rape of Drunk Student at Party
Now all I can say about this one is that they need to be put under the jail. There is no explanation for that type of behavior! Allegedly, a college student was attending a party with friends. Later that night she became intoxicated and was separated from here friends. was taken to the apartment, where seven to 10 men took turns having sex with her. Now it that disgusting or what? She tried to get them to stop, but the continued to force her. Of this seven to ten, six have been suspended from the football team. What's unclear is to me is whether there was no proof of the others or if the others were not on the team. Most likely, they just are not on the team.
